She is building a platform that connects companies with non-profit organizations to coordinate corporate volunteer programs, centralizing logistics, attendance, budgets, and impact reporting in a single tool. Her primary user is the volunteer coordinator inside an NGO or company social-responsibility team; her secondary user is the employee volunteer. Aisha is designing the model so NGOs participate free of charge while companies fund the platform as part of their existing social-impact budgets, with built-in reporting tied to the CEMEFI Empresa Socialmente Responsable certification framework.
